Who is Lilias?
Our name comes from an inspiring woman, Lilias Trotter. She was an artist and creative who saw, painted, and wrote about life in such a beautiful way. She spent her life to see hope brought to North Africa.
Why do you require pre-payment for cut flowers?
Once we cut a flower for a bouquet, it begins the compost process to decay. It may be funny to say, but we cannot put the flower back on the stem! Our customers want and expect the freshest flowers possible, so we cut optimally with confidence you will love our vase life.
Do you accept returns for a refund?
No, and if you have any problems with your order, from checkout to the bouquet itself, please reach out on our Contact page, and we will do what we can to make it right.

Do you offer gift cards?
